This all started because someone asked me to shoot their wedding in the same way I do my job as a photojournalist.

Now it seems to be the preferred approach, and for that reason lots of couples now get an album to remember, and not just a bunch of group photos that set under the coffee table.

My approach to shooting a wedding is the same approach I take to may assignments at the newspaper.

I am there to tell a story.

The story of your wedding day does not necessarily start an hour before the wedding.

It has already started.

It starts the night before with at the rehearsal dinner.

It starts the morning you wake up with the butterflies after not sleeping that night .
