Please explain to me how to find the solution of 3n+8=20 Thank you

First, you subtract 8 by both sides ( 8-8/ 20-8) so now your equation is 3n=12. Next, you multiply 3n by 3, and get 0, and 12 multiplied by 3 and the answer is 36! Hope this helped.
