Ok, so:

We want to write (-79.2x + 80) +(74.5x -89y) in standard form:

So, -79.2x + 80 + 74.5x - 89y is equal to:

-4.7x - 89y + 80.

Then, -89y = 4.7x - 80

And finally, y = ((-4.7)/(89))x + 80/89
