If you have a rectangle with an area of 100 m and the length is 4 more than 2 times the width what are the dimensions

y  is the 
length
xy = 100 ...(1) 
y = 4x ...(2)
subsct in (1) :  x(4x) = 100
x² = 5²
x= 5 
y = 20
